Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Toast your almonds in a cast iron pan until lightly browned. Set them aside until cooled.
Melt the coconut oil in a cast iron pan on very low heat.
In a large bowl, measure the oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir well.
Add the honey, coconut oil, kefir and almonds. Stir well again.
Pour into a greased 9 by 9 pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Enjoy with yogurt and berries, or just a little milk!
